Aloha! Owners, Ben, Holly and Sienna are on a mission to bring you fresh, vibrant and onolicious Hawaiian inspired grindz and Kava mocktails to the people of greater Jackson, Michigan as well as the vast majority of Michigan.

They have a vibe and will always strive to bring a moderate mix of healthy and tasty food from the islands. They want you to feel as if walking up to their truck is like a ray of sunshine on vacation. Good music, friendly smiles, happy bellies and ono grindz.

 

Traveling has been a big part of their lives and you will experience that when you visit their truck. Their love for culture is embedded in their recipes and on their faces.

 

Ben has worked in all aspects of the food industry from helping start his family’s restaurant from the ground up in Santa Barbara, CA to driving a milk truck in Petaluma, CA and a produce truck in Detroit, MI. He’s also worked in several restaurants ranging from diners to fine dining.
